OWINGS MILLS, Md., July 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: IHS) and Capstone Pharmacy Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: DOSE) today announced the completion of the sale of IHS's pharmacy division, Symphony Pharmacy Services, Inc., to Capstone.
Symphony Pharmacy provides institutional pharmacy dispensing and consulting services to approximately 40,000 residents in over 380 long- term care facilities in eight states. Symphony Pharmacy's revenues were running at an annualized rate of approximately $109 million.
