PHOENIX, July 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Managed Care Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: MCSX) announced today that Ventana Health Systems ("VHS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, was awarded a three-year Medicaid Long-Term Care contract for seven counties in Arizona.
This Medicaid contract represents the continuation of an existing contract with the Company being awarded seven of the ten counties up for bid. The value of the contract is approximately $25 million annually with the possibility of two one-year extensions.
