You keep hearing the warnings: Food prices are about to skyrocket. But according to Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman, the 8 percent increases some economists are forecasting for 1997 will be more like 3 percent or 4 percent.

``There is no question there will be some boost to last year's food price inflation because of some of the increases in grain prices,'' he says.
