PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 1996--The Dial Corp (NYSE:DL) provided details Friday regarding the trading of Dial stock with the pending spin-off of its consumer products group.

In February, Dial announced that it is separating into two publicly-traded companies, one comprised of its well-known $1.5 billion consumer products business, the other its $2.5 billion services business, including airline catering, convention services, and leisure and payment services.

Starting Monday, Aug. 5, there will be three listings on the New York Stock Exchange for Dial stock, leading up to the distribution date of Aug. 15, 1996.
