Even when the Gophers moved to the Metrodome in 1982, some fans hated the idea of playing indoors. The feeling has grown in the years since, to the point that you would be hard-pressed to find a Gophers fan who isn't eagerly awaiting next season's move to a new, on-campus outdoor stadium.
But Florida Atlantic is ecstatic to be playing indoors Saturday.
