Merger of Polish banks GE Money Bank with Bank BPH to begin in Q1 2009
WARSAW. SEPTEMBER 24. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Polish Bank BPH and GE Money Bank will legally merge in the first quarter of 2009, with the operational side of the merger to take place in the first half of the same year, the banks said in a joint press release that added that both have agreed upon a development strategy for the 2009-2011 period.
