Pizza is a great comfort food and loved by the whole family. This particular recipe has very few ingredients, which makes it extremely easy to prepare. The flatbread pita and fresh mozzarella are an alternative to the thicker crust and oodles of cheese found in pizzeria pizzas, thereby cutting fat and calories. The pitas also contain a good amount of fiber and can be frozen until ready to use. Just take the pitas
