CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 5, 1996--Raycom Inc. has entered into an agreement with Fox Sports Net and Fox/Liberty, which will give Raycom exclusive advertising sales and syndication representation rights for the upcoming season of Pac-10, Big 12 and Conference USA football.
Raycom will provide ad sales efforts for Fox Sports Net's Pac-10, Big 12 and Conference USA cable games -- a total of more than 30 games. The cable network will consist of Fox Sports Net's Regional Sports Networks and fX. Several historical telecasts will fall into this package including the first ever Conference USA football game (Tulane at Cincinnati) and Missouri at Texas on Aug. ...
