HOUSTON, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Fresh America Corp. (Nasdaq: FRES), a Houston-based food distribution management company, today reported financial results for the second quarter and six month period ended June 28, 1996.
For the second quarter, revenues were $64,721,000 and net income was $1,407,000 or $0.36 per share, compared to revenues of $31,846,000 and net income of $790,000 or $0.22 per share, for the second quarter of 1995.
For the six months ended June 28, 1996, net income was $1,755,000 or $0.46 per share, on revenues of $110,916,000. This compares to net income of $972,000 or $0.27 per share, on revenues of $57,661,000 for the first six months of ...
