ATLANTA, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Pediatric Services of America, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSAI) (PSA), the nation's leading pediatric home healthcare company, and Houston's Columbia Homecare, a division of Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation, today announced an agreement for PSA to provide comprehensive home healthcare services to pediatric patients discharged from Houston-area Columbia owned or managed facilities.
Under the agreement effective immediately, Pediatric Services of America will provide home nursing services, medical equipment and IV therapy through a subcontract agreement with Columbia Homecare, Houston.
