Aug. 8--Valley Systems Inc. reported a loss of $22,000 for the quarter ended June 30, compared with net income of $251,000 for the same period last year. Revenue for the period decreased 2 percent, from $5.8 million last year to $5.7 million this year.
Revenue for the year ended June 30 decreased 10 percent, from $24.2 million last year to $21.9 million this year. The company had a net loss of $973,000 in the current year, or 11 cents per share, compared with net income of $512,000, or 6 cents per share, in the prior year.
