In 1993, four classical music cello students from the Sibelius Classical Academy in Helsinki, Finland, let their hair down (and perhaps let their mothers and fathers down, too) one evening and played cover interpretations of Metallica numbers at a heavy metal club.
In the audience was a heavy metal label executive who liked what he was hearing.
