NEW YORK--The better market is having a field day with business casual for fall, holiday and spring.
Among vendors attending WOOD/MAGIC International, Pendleton Woolen Mills, for example, is getting away from its structured career looks and is instead going after relaxed fashion, according to Jon Stine, women's wear sales manager of the Portland, Ore., firm.
As part of its strategy, it is loosening up Pendleton Classics and expanding Knockabouts, its business casual line, for spring.
Knockabouts includes T-shirts, skorts, crisp white shirts, fluid chambray and denim skirts, jumpers and vests.
