OLDWICK, N.J. -- A.M. Best Co. has affirmed the financial strength rating (FSR) of A (Excellent) and the issuer credit rating (ICR) of "a" of Allianz Suisse Versicherungs-Gesellschaft (ASV) (Switzerland) and Allianz Suisse Lebensversicherungs-Gesellschaft (ASL) (Switzerland).
Subsequently, A.M. Best has withdrawn the ratings at the companies' request and assigned the FSR an NR-4 and the ICR an "nr".
