Lindsay Corporation (NYSE: LNN) announced that Larry H. Cunningham, a member of the board of directors, passed away on September 3, 2008. Cunningham served as a director of the corporation since 2000.
"We deeply mourn the loss of a respected leader in the agribusiness industry. Larry was a valued friend and director, and we shall miss his insights and humor," said Michael N. Christodolou, chairman of the board. "On behalf of all of Lindsay's employees and the board of directors, I extend our deepest sympathy to his wife, Sarah, and his entire family."
