NEW YORK - With its proposed 2.1 million-square-foot outlet and entertainment complex in Carlstadt, N.J., The Mills Corp. hopes to attract Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Avenue's Off Fifth, Neiman Marcus Last Call and The Gap's Old Navy, among the stores seen at other Mills malls.
"We,re talking to all of our existing tenants," said a spokeswoman for Mills Corp.
As reported, the project, to be called Meadowlands Mills, will be built on a 529-acre tract of wetlands.
