SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 15, 1996--Fritz Companies, Inc. is pleased to announce that Texas Instruments has appointed Fritz Companies its key international transportation and logistics partner, responsible serving all U.S.-based operations.
Fritz has established a Special Purpose Organization (SPO) to manage the comprehensive program designed to meet Texas Instruments' specific needs. Larry Horton who recently joined Fritz has been named Fritz/TI SPO Director.
