Aug. 15--The recent purchase of the Grand Forks Coca-Cola Bottling Co. by an Atlanta bottling company will not affect the 60 employees at the facility, a company official said Wednesday.
In addition to the acquisition, Grand Forks Coca-Cola Bottling no longer will carry the 7-UP soft drink. Instead, Coca-Cola product Sprite now will be available at all stores and fountain machines served by the local bottler.
7-UP now will be carried by PepsiCo. Inc.
