DALLAS, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ALLTEL Information Services announces the formation of a new division, Enterprise Network Services, that will offer network consulting, integration and operations services - packaged as business solutions - to customers on a global basis.
Cynthia J. Comparin will serve as division president, reporting to William L. Cravens, president of ALLTEL Information Services, Inc.
Comparin previously served as vice president and general manager for Nortel. Prior to her position with Nortel, Comparin held management positions with Recognition International, EDS and Imaging Technologies.
