DALLAS, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ALLTEL Information Services, a subsidiary of ALLTEL Corporation (NYSE: AT) based in Little Rock, Arkansas, announced the opening of an office in Dallas, Texas. The office will initially house approximately 100 employees for the company's Enterprise Network Services Division, which will offer network consulting, integration and operations services -- packaged as business solutions -- to customers on a global basis.
