Sixteen firms have purchased bidding rules for the international tender launched by Mexico's state oil company Pemex for the engineering and construction of gasoline desulfurization plants in two of its refineries, according to federal procurement website Compranet.
The plants would be located in the Miguel Hidalgo refinery located in Tula, Hidalgo state and the Ing Antonio M Amor refinery in Salamanca, Guanajuato state.
