SEAN Cavanagh has described his appointment as Ireland captain as being beyond his wildest dreams.
The Tyrone star, who was man-of-the-match in last Sunday's All-Ireland final win over Kerry, is in the form of his life and was the obvious choice to lead Sean Boylan's team for the International Rules series in Australia in three weeks time.
