Agreement marks introduction of Four Points Hotels
BOSTON, Aug. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- ITT Sheraton Corporation announced today that it has agreed to enter a strategic partnership with Koor Tourism Enterprises for 50 percent ownership of its wholly owned subsidiary Koor Hotels and Resorts. All hotels included in the agreement will operate under the brand names of Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Four Points Hotels or The Luxury Collection, effective January 1, 1997, and the joint venture, named Sheraton Israel Ltd., will have the exclusive right to manage, operate or franchise future hotels in Israel under those brand names.
