BENNINGTON, Vt., Aug. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- With the vintage car market in a relatively quiet period compared to the turbulent price fluctuations of the late 1980's, this may be a good time to pick up a collector car bargain, says Dave Brownell, editor of Hemmings Motor News, "the bible" of the collector car hobby for over 40 years.
