Concern was growing among some in industry yesterday over whether the Air Force's newly announced plan to parcel out work at two aircraft-maintenance facilities targeted for closure would create a level playing field for everyone.
"I'm not sure we will be able to compete now," an official of a small electronics company told Defense Daily.
