With new scary attractions, live shows and children's activities, HalloWeekends at Cedar Point will be bigger and better than ever before.

In addition to an expanded entertainment package, the Sandusky, Ohio, amusement park/resort's 12th annual fall frightfest will also be extended to eight weekends, the longest haunting season in the event's history. Beginning Friday, Sept. 12, HalloWeekends will be held Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays through Nov. 2. It will be the first time in Cedar Point's 138-year history the park will be open in November.
