Family-owned, Twin-Cities based Anderberg-Lund Printing Company announced the purchase of Edina, Minn.-based Color Printing, previously owned by Karen Walhof and Leonard Flachman. With talks beginning in late 2007, the acquisition was recently completed, and Anderberg has officially added Color Printing's accounts.
Heading a 1- and 2-color print shop, Walhof and Flachman realized digital printing capabilities and updated equipment were increasingly necessary for the company to remain competitive. With Flachman nearing retirement, they decided to sell their business to Anderberg, a local business with more than three decades of printing experience.
