Matco Tools National Franchise Sales Manager Richard Dayton, CFE, has been quite successful in attracting former U.S. military personnel to franchise ownership. Of the more than 1,150 franchises sold to honorably-discharged veterans through the International Franchise Association's Veterans Transition Franchise Initiative, also known as "VetFran" program, Matco Tools has sold 126.
