CONCERT
Veteran acoustic roots singer/songwriter David Bromberg and his band will perform at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the Bull Run in Shirley, with Angel Band as the opening act. His performances are virtually 100 percent spontaneous in terms of a set list and can include blues, country, bluegrass, fiddle tunes and pop.
Bromberg is an influential figure in American music, having worked with Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Jerry Garcia, the Eagles and Willie Nelson. He also worked with sultry songstress Maria Muldaur at least once.
