Russian businessman to sell 35% of Dunham-Bush in IPO in 2010

MOSCOW. Oct 3 (Interfax) - The principal shareholder of Tractor Plants (KTZ), Mikhail Bolotin said he plans to carry out an initial public offering by 2010 for Dunham-Bush, a major Malaysian refrigeration equipment maker that he controls.

By that time, Dunham-Bush's capitalization will increase to $1 billion through organic growth and consolidation of assets, Bolotin told Interfax.

The IPO, which will probably take place on the Singapore stock exchange, will offer investors about 35% of shares in the company, he said.
