Ukrspetsexport should not report to National Security and Defense Council - deputy PM
KYIV. Oct 3 (Interfax) - That the state company Ukrspetsexport is subordinate to the National Security and Defense Council is unconstitutional, Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Turchynov said.
"I was surprised by the information circulated by the National Security and Defense Council secretariat, which is trying to evade responsibility for arms trading," Turchynov said at a press conference in Kyiv on Friday.
