CLINTON Marion V. (Schmidt) Sorel, 89, a life long Clinton resident, died on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at the Sterling Healthcare Center after a brief illness. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of forty five years, Paul J. Sorel who died in 1981, and her daughter, Paula Sorel who died in 1959. She is survived by two daughters, Karen Bailey of Clinton, and Marcia Ferry of Concord, CA; six grandchildren, Lee Wasserman, Robert and Michael Ferry, Paul, Brendon, and Kevin Bailey; thirteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
