NORTHBORO - The Marion E. Zeh Elementary School was evacuated about 9:30 yesterday morning because of a carbon monoxide problem, according to police.
There were no injuries, and all 350 students and staff safely left
the 33 Howard St. building, fire officials said.
Fire officials said that about 9:30 a.m., a custodian at the school called the Fire Department to report that a carbon monoxide detector was going off at the school. The custodian was told to activate the fire alarm system and evacuate the building.
