BALA CYNWYD, Pa., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- American Business Financial Services, Inc. (PHLX: AFX) announced today that it is offering a quarterly dividend of $.0l5 per share for shareholders of record as of September 3, 1996. The dividend, which comes on the heels of the Company's successful listing on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, is for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 1996, and is scheduled to be paid to shareholders on September 24, 1996.
