LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 3, 1996--Callers to TriStar Airlines are asked to be patient when calling the airline to book TriStar Airlines' super-low $29 one-way fare between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, now available through Sept. 14.
"The calls are off the scale," reports John Green, TriStar's director of sales. "During the first three hours this morning, we've had people backed up and we're really working hard to handle all of the calls."
As of 11:00 a.m. PDT, TriStar's reservation activity has more than doubled in bookings over Friday.
