ACQUISITIONS
Solid Concepts Inc., a rapid prototyping and manufacturing company in Valencia, Calif., has finalized the acquisition of Composite Tooling Technologies Inc. in Troy to expand its existing CNC and cast urethane products while adding Fiberglas-reinforced plastic to its offerings.
Contracts
EWI Worldwide, Detroit, produced the Coca-Cola Pavilion, known as the Shuang Experience Center, at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. EWI provided creative development for several interior spaces and led the production and installation of all interior and exterior graphics, signs, exhibits, thematic elements and interiors.
