HE'S probably used to early starts, being the Wichita Lineman and everything, but quarter to eight in the morning is pretty good going by anyone's standards.
And despite the fact he's speaking from Malibu, California, Arkansas-born Glen Campbell has hung on to enough of his southern ways to politely agree to an early-morning chat.
