Irvine-Thompson National Properties said that Theresa Hutton has joined the company as senior vice president, due diligence.
Previously, Ms. Hutton was vice president, due diligence at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, formerly Triple Net Properties.
Prior to Grubb & Ellis Company, she worked in various capacities at Passco Real Estate Enterprises, Langdon Properties and Transamerica National Bank.
