Haskell Lemon Construction Co. has just wrapped up a $4.165-million resurfacing job on I-35 near Purcell, OK. The old pavement of the approximately 3-mile long section of roadway was milled and stockpiled for recycling on other projects.

'We use recycled asphalt everywhere that specs allow it, which is primarily in the base lift,' said Jay Lemon. 'We try to maximize use of recycled materials.'
