CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 6, 1996--Wilson Sporting Goods Co. on Friday announced a newly appointed management team in its Racquet Sports division that includes three veteran employees of the company.
The move follows the appointment in late August of former Racquet Sports' General Manager Jim Baugh to president of Wilson. In his new position, Baugh has been given global responsibility for the company's marketing strategies, branding and product development.
Effective immediately, John Embree has been promoted to general manager of Racquet Sports and will oversee all marketing efforts and operations for the division worldwide.
