LAUPHEIM, Germany, Oct 8 (Reuters) - EADS NV:

* Airbus executive vice president for operations Gerald Weber says all future contracts with suppliers will be in dollars.

* Airbus was roiled by currency fluctuations in the past year as the dollar sank towards $1.6 to the euro. It has since recovered to $1.36, close to the $1.35 level asssumed in the planemakers original Power8 restructuring plans.

* Airbus sells aircraft in dollars and reports in euros.
