The Waiters Group has completed construction on a $1 million southern Ocean County Animal Shelter that is part of Stafford Business Park, a 370-acre mixed-use redevelopment. The old shelter will be demolished at the final phase of the landfill closure. In exchange for redevelopment of the old facility, The Waiters Group has donated the cost of construction and materials to rebuild a state-of-the-art facility.
