NEW YORK - Loehmann's Manhattan flagship, its first in the borough, has been projected to hit $30 million in sales its first full year, or roughly three times the volume of the chain's other larger, prototype stores, officials said Tuesday.
The 60,000-square-foot Loehmann's flagship will be on Seventh Avenue at 17th Street in space previously occupied by Barneys New York, which has been downsized there. Scheduled to open Oct. 23, the flagship is more than twice the size of other new units and should quickly become the highest-volume store in them-unit chain.
