Avtron Industrial Automation, Inc., announced it has acquired the assets of Admotec, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of components of magnetic encoders. Admotec is located in Lebanon, New Hampshire and their operations and people will remain in New Hampshire. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
