Books provide food for thought, but avid readers need more than virtual treats. In celebration of the upcoming Wisconsin Book Festival, we bring you a thousand sheets to eat in the form of mil hojas or mille-feuilles dessert or, as those who stumble on Spanish and French may call it, a Napoleon.
