FORT COLLINS, Colo., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- ActNet, Inc., a subsidiary of Applied Computer Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACTI) announced the signing of a Network Service Provider Distribution Agreement with Netscape Communication Corporation (Nasdaq: NSCP) to provide Netscape's "Navigator" and "Navigator LAN" products to its Internet customers. The Agreement, the largest of its kind in Colorado, provides for A.C.T's wholly owned subsidiary, ActNet, doing business as WebAccess, to distribute Netscape's "Navigator" in Conjunction with its Internet Services.
