CORPORATE GREED ISN'T TRENDY anymore. Thanks to the uproar over so-called corporate killers earlier this year, you rarely see corporate chieftains fattening their bonuses and stock options these days by publicly sacrificing employees to Mammon, god of Wall Street. But when you look closely at documents filed recently in connection with two pending megadeals--Time Warner's purchase of Turner Broadcasting and Bell Atlantic's purchase of Nynex--you see that corporate greed hasn't gone away.
