Dear Autumn,
Headaches often occur when your body is trying to fight a viral or bacterial illness. Sometimes they develop from stress or tension. Not wearing your glasses may make your eyes feel strained and tired. It's possible that your prescription for your glasses may no longer be right for your eyes or your glasses may not fit properly. So again, your eyes could be feeling tired and strained.
To determine the cause of the headaches, start with your eye doctor. If you have not had your eyes checked in awhile, your vision may have changed. It may be time to make an adjustment in your glasses.
