BAHRAIN is all set to play host to experts responsible for shaping the new world in the field of materials and processing research.

The international conference on Advances in Materials and Processing Technologies (AMPT) 2008 will be held in Gulf's financial hub next month, organisers have announced. The event, expecting at least 800 delegates from around the globe, is patronised by Bahrain oil and gas affairs minister and National Oil and Gas Authority (Noga) chairman Dr Abdul-Hussain bin Ali Mirza.
