BANKERS swapped their suits for scruffy clothes when they helped pupils at a Bartley Green school eat more healthily.
They mucked in and transformed an overgrown patch of land at Woodgate School into a vegetable patch.
Five employees from Barclays spent a day at the school in Trimpley Road, digging and preparing the unused land so it can be used to grow vegetables.
It was organised by Tina Simpkin, a parent and school governor who works at Barclays Premier Banking in Edgbaston.
She obtained a volunteering grant from her employers and persuaded four of her colleagues to join her.
Tina said "This is the start of a project ...
